Organic rice for sushi

Recipe: Wash well a cup of rice in cold water and drain. Transfer to a saucepan with 1.5 cups cold water. Leave it for 30 minutes. Heat the water to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes or until the water is absorbed by the rice. Remove from heat and leave the pan covered for 15 minutes.

Storage: Dry, cool place at room temperature (10°C - 25°C
