This light, soothing tea is from selected twigs and stems from tea bushes that are harvested late in the season, when caffeine levels in the plant are at their lowest. The twigs are steamed, dried for flavor to develop, then roasted and mixed with a small portion of roasted tea leaves.

It contains less caffeine than coffee, black tea, and green tea, making it ideal for children and adults alike.
