Organic coconut oil tolerates heat without the need for refining (176°C). It is a nutritious alternative to ham, popcorn, eggs, and vegetables, in your baked goods, in soup, and on bread. It is added to hot and cold drinks. This oil is unrefined and is from mechanical cold pressing. It is transparent when melted, and has a pleasant smell. Coconut oil is delicious when it's good, and this one is the best we've tried!
